Metallurgical Engineering & General Services Co-op Ltd.was  established on 10th April 1978 and carried out production & economical functions for fourteen years in Yangon Technology University compound under the supervision of professor of Metallurgical Engineering Department. In 1992 budget year, it was re-located at Shewpyitha Industrial Zone.

It has been established since 2003 to make trading business to Oversea Countries .
Export & Import items such as Forest products & value-added wood-based products , Factory untencils and raw materials , Electrical & electronic products , Tools & implement , Medicines & medical equipment are also a fuctional business  of M&A Int’l Ltd.
